Who can become a member of LSES?

Membership is open to all persons in Louisiana who are interested in learning about solar and want to support solar in Louisiana.

What will I get for my membership?

Members receive the latest information about LSES and its activities in Louisiana.  Membership fees are used to host this site, promote LSES, promote net metering and incentives, and provide educational programs.  Members will receive an official LSES bumper sticker and certificate of membership. Above all, members feel the satisfaction of knowing that they are supporting solar and fostering the growth of green energy use in our communities.

How do I join?

To join online through PayPal, visit the “Become a Member” page and click on the “Donate” button that corresponds with your desired level of membership.  You may also join by sending a check to LSES at 5261 Highland Rd. #217, Baton Rouge, LA  70808.  Please be sure to include your email address.

Can I join ASES and LSES at the same time?

Yes!  If you would like to become a member of both ASES (American Solar Energy Society) and LSES you can click here and pay both organizations at the same time.  ASES has a basic membership fee of $34 and a professional membership fee of $79.

What will you do with my personal info?

We know your personal information is just that, personal, and we will not add your information to any other lists or give it away to third parties.

How do I renew my membership?

To renew your membership, follow the same steps below that you used to join LSES initially.  Click on “donate” for your specific membership to complete payment through PayPal, or send a check to LSES at 5261 Highland Rd. #217, Baton Rouge, LA 70808.  You will be contacted by LSES when your membership has expired so that you may renew.
