20 Louisiana homeowners stepped up their solar knowledge at the LSES Solar Homeowner Workshop.  The topics included energy efficiency, system sizing, choosing components, types of systems, installing pool heaters and water heaters.  The PV installation basics included modules and inverter mounting, CD and AC wiring, grounding and lighting protection, final tie to the grid, and emergency load wiring.  The end involved a hands on section.  At that time we mounted an inverter and solar modules. Thanks to Gulf South Solar for sponsoring the event and providing the equipment.
